Arcspire

Terms of Use

Arcspire for iOSEffective 6 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Arcspire. They are short because the game is simple: you play on your own device, with no account and nothing to purchase.

Agreeing to these terms

By downloading or playing Arcspire you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the game.

Your licence to play

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Arcspire on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.

Joules and unlocks

Joules are earned only by playing. They and everything they unlock (board frames, skies, arc colours, boost charges and upgrades) have no real-world value and cannot be purchased, sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for anything outside the game. Arcspire has no in-app purchases. Your progress lives on your device and is lost if you reset it or delete the app.

Fair play

Please do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, or tamper with its saved data to alter progress. These limits apply to the extent permitted by law.

Ownership

The game, including its code, artwork, music, sound and text, belongs to its developer and is protected by intellectual property law. This licence does not transfer any ownership to you.

No warranty

Arcspire is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game, including loss of saved progress.

Audience

Arcspire is a casual game suitable for a general, family audience.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above shows the current version, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms. How the game handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.
